1. About Vippy
Vippy is a digital platform designed to enable cashless tipping, valet request tracking, and service staff payments through QR codes and mobile applications. Vippy connects guests, valets, service staff, and partner venues through one unified system.
2. Eligibility
To use Vippy:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Partner venues and service staff are responsible for ensuring their employees meet local employment and legal requirements.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
- Keep your login details secure
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Vippy is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use.
4. Payments & Tipping
- Tips are processed digitally via secure payment methods
- Vippy does not guarantee tip amounts or frequency
- Service staff receive payouts according to the platform’s payout schedule
- Bank transfers and withdrawals may be subject to third-party processing times
Vippy is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
5. Valet Tracking
Real-time valet tracking is provided for convenience only. While we aim for accuracy:
- Tracking data may be delayed or unavailable
- Vippy is not responsible for vehicle damage, loss, or theft
All valet services are operated by third-party venues or service providers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Interfere with system security or performance
- Misuse QR codes or payment features
- Harass or abuse staff, users, or venues
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs are owned by or licensed to Vippy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Vippy may integrate with third-party payment processors, banks, or analytics services. We are not responsible for their policies, actions, or service availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Vippy is provided “as is”
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Vippy (if any)
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
